Terms & insurance
General information
Drivers age: For groups A, B, drivers must be over 21 years of age. For any other vehicle group, min age of the driver must be 23. For groups S,M and EE must be 25.
Drivers licence: A valid driving license held for at least one year is required from the driver.
Payment: Via Credit - Debit Card or Cash.
Fuel Payment: Is paid by the renter.
Ferrying the car: It is not permitted.
Availability: GrcRentals-Rhodes reserve the right to change car model in exceptional cases.
Traffic Fines: All fines resulting from the drivers conduct are born solely by the renter.
Additional Driver/s: Additional Driver witout extra charge.
Baby Seats: Available on request for free.
Road Assistance: Please contact GrcRentals-Rhodes office (24hrs service, tel:+30 6999 113 300) for vehicle breakdown, or for accidents.
Taxes: All taxes (VAT & local taxes) included in car hire cost

• Exceptions for insurance
Not included in insurance:
- damage or loss of the key
- tire damage (except for punctures on the road)
- damage to the bottom and mirrors
- damage to the car interior (wet salty seats, smoky interior)
- driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs
- insurance is valid only on asphalt pavement
And in case of any damage, you will have to call our office so that we inform our insurance company.
